My apologies, chickens, for linking you elsewhere on this dreary morning, but I guest posted on my sister’s cooking blog this morning, and instead of recounting the events twice, I thought I’d just steer you straight to the source: 

And there you have it. This was delicious, interesting, and the perfect weekend-ending food to share with some pals.
