Not too shabby.
It’s been one of those move-pretty-fast kind of weeks, and I’m both surprised and relieved that I still have three whole days to complete before hitting the weekend.
Which consists of a client meeting, so you guys, Sunday’s my day, I think.
At least I don’t have to get on a plane for this one.
In other news, last night to celebrate Ky’s near-Halloween birth, we ordered Thai (very celebratory) and watched Hocus Pocus.
What’s better than a 1993 classic about witches that involves terrifyingly excellent 90s slang coupled with Sarah Jessica Parker prancing around and eating spiders.
Nothing, is the answer to that.
Up today: I attempt to make it through meetings that last straight through 6:00, trying to hustle to yoga (I feel hustling to yoga really takes the zen right out of it, but alternately, I think missing it is probably worse), and making a dinner that does not include goldfish crackers as a side dish.
Setting the bar kind of low might mean achieving success today, and I’m all for that.
And now, I’m off to see if I can get myself to work in a timely fashion for the first time this week.
I’m not holding my breath, but the theme of the day is hustle.
Enjoy the sunshine if you’ve got it, chickadees.
